Papatech provides MacBook repair, data recovery, and related services. All repairs are conducted by certified technicians using professional-grade tools and components.

2. Service Process & Diagnostics

  • We offer free diagnostics for most devices.

  • No fees are charged if you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.

  • Repair timelines are estimated based on issue complexity and part availability.

3. Data Recovery & Privacy

  • We do not guarantee 100% data recovery success, but we commit to using best practices.

  • We do not view, store, or copy your personal data.

  • Your device’s data remains confidential throughout the process.

4. Payment & Warranty

  • All payments are due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Repairs come with a limited warranty of 30 to 90 days, depending on the service type.

  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or third-party interference.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data where possible.

  • Devices left unclaimed for over 60 days may be considered abandoned and recycled.

6. Limitations & Liabilities

  • Papatech is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • In cases of irreparable damage caused during service (extremely rare), our liability is limited to the replacement value of the device or a refund of the service fee.
