This Repair Policy outlines the conditions, responsibilities, and procedures related to all repair services provided by Papatech. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Free Diagnosis

All devices are eligible for free diagnostics.

No service charges apply unless the customer agrees to proceed with the repair.
2. Repair Timeframes

Most standard repairs are completed within 1–3 working days.

Complex logic board or data recovery services may take 3–7 working days.

Turnaround time may be affected by part availability or customer response delay.
3. Data Responsibility

Customers are strongly advised to back up all personal data before submitting devices.

Papatech is not responsible for any data loss unless data recovery service is explicitly requested.

Devices used for data recovery will be handled confidentially and securely.
4. Parts Used

We use OEM-grade or original parts where available.

Customers will be informed of the part type before the repair.
5. Warranty Policy

Most repairs come with a 30–90 day limited warranty.

Warranty covers only the parts and services performed.

Warranty is void in cases of physical damage, liquid damage, third-party interference, or misuse after repair.
6. Unclaimed Devices

Devices not collected within 60 calendar days after completion will be considered abandoned.

Papatech reserves the right to recycle or dispose of abandoned devices.
7. Payment

Full payment is required upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.

For mail-in repairs, return shipping will only proceed after payment confirmation.
